The Pomodoro time management method suggests alternating Pomodoro's (focused work sessions) with short breaks to promote sustained concentration and prevent mental fatigue.
Each Pomodoro, 25 minutes stretch of focused work should be broken by a 5 minute break, with a longer 15-30 minute break after 4 intervals.
